All Allridey rental offices across Australia and New Zealand are:
Monday to Friday - 9 am to 3 pm
Saturday - 9 am to 11 pm
Sunday - CLOSED

Some locations allow after-hours pickup or dropoff, however, this must be arranged beforehand and may incur additional fees. If you require service outside regular hours, please contact us to confirm availability.

Yes! We offer one-way hires between most Allridey locations. By getting a price online you'll be able to check if one-ways are offered with your desired pickup and dropoff locations and we'll let you know whether there are any relocation fees.

Up to 4 additional drivers are included without additional cost. Please be aware that all drivers will need to sign the rental agreement and must supply a copy of their driver's licence.

Allridey offers Premium Cover to reduce your liability to $1* in the event of an incident.

Please note that Damage Cover is not a substitute for travel insurance; we always recommend that hirers purchase the most comprehensive Travel Insurance available for complete peace of mind.

You may be required to pay a bond of $500 prior to taking possession of your Allridey car. The bond amount is usually held as a pre-authorisation. The bond amount is released or refunded at the end of your hire, provided the vehicle is returned in the same condition as it was at the start of your hire, reasonable wear and tear excluded.

In Australia and New Zealand, we hire to anyone over the age of 18.

Allridey may rent to holders of a provisional license (Green or Red P plates in Australia) but this may incur an additional fee.

For international visitors, an international license is not required, however, if your license is not in english we recommend applying for one as authorities in some regions may request an international license.

While airport pickups are not available directly, most of our depots can be easily accessed by public transport, however ordering a taxi or Uber can be a quicker and more convenient option.

Our cars general require petrol. This information should be displayed on the fuel cap of the vehicle.

Your vehicle should be returned with the fuel tank at the same level as at pickup.

Allridey generally has no minimum hire periods. Even if you only need a vehicle for 1 day, we're happy to help.

All hires include access to a 24 hour helpline for assistance with a breakdown or any other issue related to your vehicle. Please review your booking documents for the appropriate roadside assistance number in your region of travel.

Please note that roadside call out fees may apply for any issue resulting from human error and non-mechanical breakdown, e.g., tyre changes, lost keys, flat battery, out of fuel

Yes. Depending on availability, you can easily extend your hire by calling us prior to your dropoff date. You will need to pay for the additional days at the time of extension, and the additional cost will be calculated at the same rate as your original booking.

Yes. All vehicles must be returned in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so may result in a cleaning fee of up to $200.

Please note that smoking is not permitted in any of our vehicles.
